Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return policy upon receiving the item. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and proof of return shipment. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues promptly.
